Benjamin Glatte

(b. 1986)

Benjamin Glatte graduated from Communication in Social and Economic Contexts at the Berlin University of Arts (UdK) in 2017. Co-founder of Common Ground - an initiative actively enhancing collaborations between artists in exile and students of the UdK.

Focused on cultural management and socially-oriented projects, he acquired a wide experience through working with institutions such as the Hans-Böckler-Stiftung, Deutschland Radio Kultur and Berlin Career College. He expanded his leadership skills through initiatives like the German competition “Jugend debattiert”, where he served as a rhetoric coach.
